Lord Charles Andrew Howard  JR was born in 2208 on Norfolk Estate in Norfolk Territory on Star Base 12.

Lord Charles Andrew Jr grew up to be a handsome, well-educated, and gifted young man with blond hair, blue eyes, and medium skin and he loves archery, hunting, literature, music, dancing and singing. He loves poetry, and art.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR fell in love with Lady Charlotte Augusta Beck,

In 2205, Lord Charles Andrew Howard meets the love of his life, Lady Alexandra Elizabeth Churchill and Lord Charles Andrew wins the consent of his father to marry Lady Alexandra Churchill and in June of 2208 they marry and a year and half later, in January of 2209, Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR is born, in 2215, Lord Richard Edward Howard SR, in 2220 Lord Edwin William Howard and finally Lady Sophia Charlotte is born in 2225.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard SR also father's a child with his mistress, Lady Margaret Boyce a, son, Lord Robert Howard in 2230.

Lady Alexandra Victoria turns a blind eye to her husband's love affairs as she has just learned to accept it.

She busies herself taking care of her children.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard married Lady Patricia Eugenie Stuart in 2228 and in a year and half she gave birth to Lord Charles Andrew II in January of 2230, to be followed by Lady Patricia Charlene in 2235, a second son, Lord Patrick William in 2240, followed by Lord Charles Andrew 's favorite daughter, Lady Charlotte Augusta in 2245 and finally a third son, Lord Andrew Charles named after his great-uncle in 2250.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR becomes Duke of Norfolk in 2250, right before his third son is born and he is 40 years old when he becomes Duke.

Lord Frederick William Howard SR died in 2210, and Lord Charles Andrew SR became Duke in 2210 and Lord Charles Andrew JR was just born.

Lord Charles Andrew JR wasn't aware that his father turned the succession in a board game.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard SR states that the first of his grandsons through his eldest son will succeed his father who gives him his first great-grandchild and he isn't a flicked man.

By the time, Lady Patricia Eugenie and his eldest son, Lord Charles Andrew III was 20 years old and he was married in 2251 to Lady Victoria Charlotte Stanhope who was 18 years old.

Lord Charles Andrew JR eldest daughter, Lady Patricia Charlene is married to Lord Ralph Neville in June of 2253, but within a year and half, Lady Patricia gives her husband, a son, Lord Ralph Neville in 2255, and a daughter, Lady Patricia Charlotte in 2260.

Still no luck with Lord Charles Andrew III and Lady Victoria still have had no children after 9 years of marriage.

Lord Patrick William Howard is married to Lady Patricia Charlene Stafford in June of 2258 and Lord Charles Andrew JR is hopeful that Lord Patrick William will succeed him, but by 2268 there are no children by his second son's marriage.

Lady Charlotte Augusta is married to Lord David Frederick Stafford in June of 2262 and within one year and half she gives birth to her husband' and her first child, a son, Lord David Frederick Stafford in 2265, and in 2270 Lady Charlotte Augusta and Lord David Frederick are blessed with a twins daughters, Lady Charlotte Augusta and Lady Louisa Caroline.

What? His daughter's have no problem conceiving and giving their husbands their children, but his sons are not producing any children.

In 2270, Lord Charles Andrew JR looked towards his youngest son, Lord Andrew Charles and he was arrogant, proud, bold, good looking, and defiant and rebellious.

Lord Andrew Charles tells his father " I am not going to marry a woman that I don't love. Look at my brother's marriages."

"I am not perfect, Lord Andrew Charles. No one is and I am only human." Lord Charles Andrew JR states, "I believed them to be honorable matches at the time."

"Honorable matches, my dear father are fine and good but without love they are meaningless." Lord Andrew explains.

"I won't marry until I find the woman I want to marry. She is not on Star Base 12. I have no taste for these silly, vain, stupid wenches that are born into the aristocratic families on Star Base 12. They dress up in the finest dresses, and parade around and bat their eyelashes." Lord Andrew Charles tells his father.

"I would haven't sex with any of these silly, vein wenches. I couldn't even get an erection." Lord Andrew Charles states.

Lord Charles Andrew JR looks at his youngest son, Lord Andrew Charles and tells him " Fine, Lord Andrew Charles. Let what your great-great-grandfather die away."

"I won't let it die, father. I will give my grandfather his first great-grandchild." Lord Andrew Charles tells his father.

That time doesn't come until 2274 with the arrival of new arrivals from post World War III survivors from War Torn Earth from the USS Republic.

Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR lives to see all of his grandchildren born and his first great-granddaughter Lady Karissa Ann Howard born in 2295 and he passes away peacefully at the age of 89 and Lady Elizabeth who is the Duchess of Norfolk Territory along with all of Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR's children watch as he is laid to rest  next to his father, mother, sister, and brothers out at Norfolk Estate.

Lady Elizabeth places a silver plaque over his tomb " Here lies Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR, fourth Duke of Norfolk Territory and first Duke of York Territory on Star Base 12.  Born January 2209 until August of 2290.
