The Wedding of Lord Richard William and Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann

It is the Litha of 2300, and it is the day that Lord Richard William Carey has been waiting for the last 25 years of his life. He is finally going to marry Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann Howard.

Lord Richard William is with his best man, Lord Andrew Charles JR, his groomsmen, Lord Frederick William and Lord Thomas William who has been given the honor to escort Lady Karissa up the aisle and Lord Benjamin Lawrence is going to be ring bearer.

Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann is in the brides-room at Beltane Manor with her daughters, Lady Elizabeth and Lady Samhain have been asked to be their mother's matron of honors and Lady Caroline Matilda has been asked to be her mother's maid of honor and Lady Sophia Charlotte Dorothea, Lady Anastasia Christina will be her bridesmaids with the two Little Lady Karissa's as her flower girls.

Lady Elizabeth tells her mother, "Today is your big day mom. Lord Richard William Carey will finally get his wish to marry you."

"Today is Lord Richard Williams' big day and I want him to shine." Lady Karissa tells Lady Elizabeth.

"He has been waiting for this day since 2275 and he had to wait for you to grow up." Lady Karissa explains.

Lady Theresa walks into the brides-room at Beltane Manor and she smiles when she sees her daughter all dressed up in her bridesmaid dress with flowers in her head.

Lady Anastasia looks at her mother, " What is going to happen to my father now that Lady Karissa is remarrying Lord Carey?"

"Lady Anastasia Christina. Lady Elizabeth and Lord Richard Edward III will be taking care of your father." Lady Theresa explains.

Lady Elizabeth walks over to her younger sister and says, " Don't worry about our father. Lord Richard Edward III and I will take care of him."

"You may come out to Wessex Manor to see him whenever you want." Lady Elizabeth tells her.

"Lady Samhain, Lord Anthony Christopher, Lord Albert Edward, , and I have all told our father he is welcome out where we live along with Lady Sophia Dorothea." Lady Elizabeth tells Lady Anastasia.

"I have a suite for him out at Northampton Manor if he wants to come and live with me." Lady Anastasia tells Lady Elizabeth.

"I am sure when you reach the age of 18. You can offer him a place with you. He may accept it." Lady Elizabeth tells her.

"Lady Karissa, don't you care about my father anymore?" Lady Anastasia asks her.

"I will always care about your father Lady Anastasia Christina. He is welcome out at Beltane Manor. " Lady Karissa explains.

"Don't worry about your father, my dear Lady Anastasia as your eldest sister, Lady Elizabeth will take very good care of him." Lady Karissa explains.

"Did you hear the latest news, Lady Karissa?" Lady Theresa asks.

"What news Lady Theresa?" Lady Karissa asks.

"Lady Autumn s engaged to Lord Edward Seymour. " Lady Theresa tells her.

"I heard the news about Lady Autumn  and Lord Edward Seymour, "Lady Karissa tells her.

"If they try Lord Patrick William will have it annulled and void." Lady Karissa tells her.

"Any children would have any number of genetic birth defects if they married." Lady Karissa explains.

"Lady Autumn Bridget Howard is their only natural child and it will be through her that Lord Patrick William's line continues." Lady Karissa tells her.

"I do believe that Lady Mary Howard, the wife of Lord Frederick William Howard, has a son." Lady Karissa tells her.

"Lord Frederick William is only 7 years old." Lady Theresa tells her.

"I think that Lady Charlotte Augusta's eldest son, Lord Frederick William Stafford has married and they had a son, Lord Frederick William III and he is about her age." Lady Karissa tells her.

"Lady Patricia Charlene's grandson, Lord Ralph Neville III is around her age." Lady Karissa tells her.

All of sudden Lady Pauline shows up at the bridal room at Beltane Manor and she says, "Ladies. It is almost time to start to walk to the chapel and Lord Thomas William is waiting for Lady Karissa."

All the daughters and granddaughter line and Lord Thomas William smiles, "Well, today you are going to make my cousin very well happy."

"He is my favorite cousin and I want to see both of you happy." Lord Thomas William tells Lady Karissa.

All the young ladies start walking together and the doors of the Chapel at Beltane Manor open and one by one the bridesmaids walk up the aisle, then the two flower girls with the ring bearer,

Lady Elizabeth, Lady Samhain, and finally Lady Caroline Matilda walks up the aisle and finally the Wedding March composed by Richard Wagoner starts to play and everyone stands as Lord Thomas William escorts Lady Karissa up the aisle to the altar.

Lord Thomas William places Lady Karissa's hand into Lord Richard William's hand and he goes in and sits down.

The High Priestess begins the ceremony "We have come here today to join this man and woman in the Holy Bonds of Matrimony."

"Does anyone see any reason why these two can't be reunited in Holy Matrimony." The High Priestess asks.

She waits for 5 minutes and she starts the Hand-fasting ceremony and she asks Lord Richard William "Do you take this woman, Lady Elizabeth Ann, to be your lawfully wedded wife, for better or worse, in sickness and in health, richer or poorer?"

"I do with all my heart." Lord Richard William answers.

"Do you promise to be loyal and faithful to her until death do you part?" The High Priestess asks.

"I do with all my heart." Lord Richard William tells her.

"Lady Karissa Elizabeth, do you take Lord Richard William to be your lawfully wedded husband, for better or worse, sickness and in health, richer or poorer?" The High Priestess asks.

"I do with all my heart." Lady Karissa says with a smile.

"Do you promise to be loyal and faithful to him until death do you part?" The High Priestess asks.

"I do with all my heart." Lady Karissa exclaims.

"With the power invested in me I pronounce you Lord Richard William and Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann husband and wife." The High Priestess proclaims.

Lord Richard William walks over, he takes his bride into his arms and he kisses her and she kisses him and he calls over his daughter and son to stand for their official wedding picture that will hang on the walls of Bedford Castle.

Another wedding portrait with all the wedding attendants is also taken to hang on the walls at Beltane Manor.

Lord Charles Andrew III smiles at his daughter, Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann dresses up in her flower girl dress and with flowers in her hair.

He walks over to her and says, " One day you too will marry my darling Lady Karissa."

Lady Karissa looks at Lord Charles Andrew III and says, " Our daughter is only five year old."

"I can only pray to Odin that I will be allowed you to escort our daughter up the aisle on her wedding day, but just in case I have asked my brother, Lord Andrew Charles to escort her." Lord Charles Andrew III explains.

Lady Karissa nods and says, " You may want to ask her brother, Lord Charles Andrew IV?"

"Lord Anthony Christopher is willing to do the honor as well." Lady Karissa tells him.

"By that time Lord Benjamin Lawrence will be older enough to escort his little sister up the aisle on her wedding day." Lady Karissa explains.

"Congratulations on your wedding to Lord Richard William." Lord Charles Andrew III tells Lady Karissa.

"Thank you Lord Charles Andrew III." Lady Karissa answers.

Lord Andrew Charles sits in a far back pew of the chapel as he sees the guests congratulate Lady Karissa and Lord Richard William on their marriage.

He doesn't get up to wish them well as his heart is broken as he sees the only woman that

He will ever love marry to his second cousin, Lord Richard William.

Lady Karissa walks over to where Lord Andrew Charles sits by him and she tells him, "Don't become a stranger Lord Andrew Charles out at Beltane Manor as it will always be your home."

"You still have two daughters that need you." Lady Karissa tells him "Lady Anastasia Christina has a heart of gold for you. "

"You don't know how blessed you are to have so many children who want to take care of you. Lady Elizabeth, Lady Samhain, Lord Anthony Christopher, Lord Albert Edward, Lady Sophia  Dorothea and Lady Anastasia Christina have a place for you to live with them." Lady Karissa tells him.

"In fact Lady Anastasia even though she is only 15 wants you to come out to Northampton and live with her. I would take this time to bond with her." Lady Karissa explains.

"Lady Theresa raised your daughter very well. She will prove to be a real credit to you." Lady Karissa tells him.

Lord Andrew Charles looks at Lady Karissa and he tells her, "I will always love you Karissa. I will never love another woman as much as I love you."

"I will always love you Andrew Charles as you gave me five beautiful children." Lady Karissa tells him. "I promise you this much when the time comes we will lay to rest out in the garden at Beltane Manor along with Lord Richard William Carey."

Lady Karissa gets up and she walks to rejoin Lord Richard William Carey by his side and he takes her hand and they walk down the aisle followed by their wedding attendants.

Finally after 25 years of waiting Lord Richard William Carey marries Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann Howard nee Lowell known now as Lady Karissa Elizabeth Ann Carey and she becomes the Duchess of Bedford Territory
